First motorcycle in search of a reliable cruise travel?
I want to spend 2-4k on a used bike that I can learn on. I thinking about the Yamaha V-Series, Honda Shadow, Suzuki and the Boulevard. I want something that is reliable and has a classic retro /. At first, I was sold on the V series, because I found 4 or 5 years. 3k old bike. But after a little more research, they discovered that they are cooled by air, and (some claim) it is not intended or uncomfortable on long trips. I am lbs 6'2 "and 230, and do not want to look like" Shaq on a horse ", as someone said. I I've also read that the V-Series high-maintenance. V-star is not so bad, if you live in California where the division Lane legal, and you're ready for this challenge. Honda Shadow 1100 is a great bike, water cooled, shaft drive, and excellent in the eyes. I do not know much about the Boulevard reply to this topic.
