Motorcycle not starting!?

I think it’s the battery – I’ve tested it with a multimeter before and after a failed start. Before/After 12.54/11.50v. It’s winter for me at the moment, approx 10 degrees celsius in the mornings. When the days/bike warms up, it starts no problems. Do you think the failed starts are related to a cold battery or cold engine in general? Thanks in advance for any input!

If the engine cranks fast when trying to start, the battery is probably in OK condition.
Try changing the spark plugs.
Cold engines don’t like to start with semi-fouled spark plugs.
Constantly cranking a cold engine without it immediately starting can foul the spark plugs – choke circuit dumping excess fuel into the cylinders drowning out the spark plugs.
