Fixed blade knife in Texas?
A while back I asked a question as to the knife laws in Texas since I didnt get a clear answer when I looked them up myself in the Texas Penal Code. Got the answers I needed on the legth of the blade and proper concealment. What I need to know now is can I carry a fixed blade knife attached either to my lower back under my shirt or on my ankle under my pants. I also dont have a problem wearing it on my hip in the open, but Id rather have it concealed as described above if I could. The blade length will only be 4.5 inches in length from the end of the handle to the tip of the blade. And it will not be double sided either, I designed it and plan on making it soon.
The main use of it will be when Im camping, and if I need it when Im on my motorcycle. Pocket knives tend to fall out easily. Thanks for any help.
